Shipping & Returns

Delivery Information

New product orders:

​

  • Monday-Friday: Place your order by 15:00 and in-stock items will ship the same day.

  • Saturday/Sunday: Orders will ship the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. 

  • Orders placed after 15:00 will ship the following working day.

ReDrive Refurbished product orders:

​

  • All items will ship within 24 hours, for delivery to you within 24-48 hours.

​

All items are sent using a secure and tracked delivery service. We use DPD, UPS, FedEx and Royal Mail Tracked.

 

Please inform us quickly if your product does not arrive - for new items, please let us know within 3 working days so we can resolve this swiftly for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Changing Your Mind: 

 

If you change your mind, and we’ve not shipped your order, no problem! Just let us know and we’ll cancel your order and refund your payment. ​

 

If we’ve shipped your order, the Consumer Contract Regulations (UK) apply. You have 14 days to tell us that you want to return your drive to us. Return shipping costs are not the responsibility of ReDrive, unless we have made an error, or there is a fault.

If you want to change your order for something else, please place a new order and we'll refund your existing order.

Getting It Back To Us: 

 

Please ensure that you adequately pack your drive for return, and send it via a secure method to the address specified by us. ReDrive is not able to refund returns that are not received. 

 

Your Refund: 

Refunds will only be given on unopened and unused products. If the anti-static bag has been opened, ReDrive will deem the product as used. Once your drive is back with us and we’ve checked everything, we’ll get a refund issued to you. We aim to do this within 3-5 working days, but we'll try and be quicker too!
